Bookings & Cancellation Policies
What are the cancellation conditions?
Our cancellation policies are extremely favourable. You can cancel your stay without any problems:
- WITHIN 30 DAYS prior to your stay, we will refund the full amount.
- AFTER 30 DAYS, you will receive a voucher that can be used until the following year, valid for all future bookings of equal or greater value!
Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm my booking?
Yes, at the time of booking we ask for a 30% deposit of the total amount. We do not have strict deadlines for payment; depending on the period requested, it is possible to agree on a payment deadline.
Can I change my booking after confirming it?
All changes made after confirmation are subject to our approval and are subject to availability. The daily cost may be subject to change.
Is the tourist tax included in the final price of the booking?
No, the tourist tax is not included in the final price. The amount is €2.00 per day per person aged 14 and over. Certain categories are exempt, for example, people with disabilities recognised under Law 104/92 and their companions - with a copy of the document and signed certification - members of the police force on duty, and residents of the Municipality of Riccione.
Can I request an invoice?
Of course, but this must be specified when paying the balance for direct bookings or within 7 days prior to check-in for bookings made through booking.com. If no invoice is specifically requested, we will issue a tax receipt.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Of course, we accept all forms of payment except American Express and checks.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The room is available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Is it possible to check in early or check out late?
Absolutely! If you need to arrive a little earlier or leave a little later, just let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on the day's availability. During certain periods, there may be a small surcharge, but we will always inform you in advance. And here's a bonus: on Sundays, if you stay for lunch (€29.00 per person), late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is already included!
Is there luggage storage available if I arrive before check-in time?
Of course, it's always possible and completely free of charge. If you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your luggage in a secure area. This way, you can get changed, grab your swimsuit, and head straight to the beach to start your vacation without waiting a minute longer. This service also applies on the day of departure, especially if you want to take one last dip in the sea before heading home.
Rooms & room amenities
Do all rooms have a balcony and sea view?
Unfortunately not, this amenity is only available in our higher-level room types. Superior rooms are perfect if you want a balcony and a side sea view. However, for the best possible view, our Deluxe rooms offer a gorgeous front sea view directly from your private balcony.
What types of rooms are available?
There are three types of rooms available: Deluxe, Superior, and Standard. You can also choose from different configurations: Double for single use, Twin or Double, Triple, and Quadruple.
Do the rooms have air conditioning and/or heating?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating.
Is there a minibar or fridge in the room?
Yes, each room has a handy minibar at your disposal. Although it is not stocked with drinks or snacks, it is perfect for keeping water, medicines, or baby food cool.
Can cribs or extra beds be added to the rooms?
Yes, but only in our Superior or Deluxe rooms, which are more spacious! Cribs are provided free of charge, while beds are subject to an additional charge that varies depending on the season and type of booking.
Do the rooms have a shower or bathtub?
All our rooms have a shower enclosure.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, of course. All our rooms have a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Is Wi-Fi available in the room?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in your room and throughout the hotel.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM (entry time)
- Dinner: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM (entry time)
Is breakfast buffet style?
Yes, breakfast is buffet style and features a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Every morning you'll find plain and filled croissants, cakes, ring-shaped cakes, yogurt, cereal, muesli, various types of bread, eggs, cold cuts, and cheese.
Is it possible to have customized menus (children, food intolerances, celiac disease)?
Of course, flexibility is one of our strengths.
- Children's menu: we're always happy to arrange simple, wholesome meals at times that suit our younger guests
- Food intolerances: if you have any food intolerances (such as lactose, nickel, or others), please let us know in advance! Our chef will prepare an alternative menu for you that caters to your specific needs, ensuring tasty, safe dishes within the operational limits of the kitchen
- Celiac disease: our chef prepares gluten-free dishes on request with the utmost care. However, as the kitchen is not AIC certified and the environment is shared, we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination
Is the restaurant also open to non-guests?
Absolutely! If you're in Riccione, you can easily enjoy a meal at the Little Restaurant for both lunch and dinner. Our service is entirely buffet-style, offering a variety of options that change daily, and is available at a fixed price. Feel free to call us to book your table!
Beach & Bagno 100 original beach
Is the beach included in the reservation?
Beach service at Bagno 100 (one parasol and two sunbeds per room) is included only in the All-Inclusive and Half Board + Beach packages.
Where is Bagno 100 located compared to the hotel?
Bagno 100, our private beach, is located about 300 meters from the property. You can reach it with a very short walk, less than 5 minutes on foot!
Is a parasol always included in the All-Inclusive?
The All-Inclusive option always includes one parasol and two sunbeds reserved per room.
Is it possible to add an extra sunbed?
Yes, absolutely! The cost is €7.00 per day, to be paid directly to the lifeguard. For optimal beach management and to ensure you find a sunbed available, we recommend requesting one at the time of booking.
What services are available at the beach?

Is there entertainment at Bagno 100?
Of course! The beach entertainment schedule is: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Is the beach suitable for children?
Yes, Riccione beach is particularly suitable for children because the sandy seabed slopes gently and the water is generally very calm.
Is it possible to reserve specific rows of beach umbrellas?
In the All-Inclusive and Half Board + Beach packages, beach umbrella allocation is always random. Should you desire a specific row, for example the first row, you may contact the lifeguard directly and agree on any additional fee, which must be paid directly at the beach. Parking & Transportation
Is parking available at the hotel?
Of course, we offer private on-site parking. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. To avoid missing out, we recommend requesting a space when you confirm your quote. The parking fee is €20.00 per day.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, our on-site paid parking lot also has charging stations for electric vehicles. The cost for energy is progressive, varying based on the percentage of charge:
- Up to 20% = €25.00
- Up to 40% = €45.00
- Up to 80% = €65.00
- 100% = €85.00
How far away are the train station, Metromare, and highway exit?
- Riccione train station: 1.3 km
- Metromare stop: 1.2 km
- Riccione highway exit: 3.6 km
Do you run a shuttle service to/from the airport or train station?
Unfortunately, no, we do not have a private shuttle service. The good news, however, is that you won't really need one! The hotel is very well connected: we are 1.3 km from the train station and only 10 km from the airport. We recommend taking a taxi or public bus, which are very convenient and will save you time.
Do you have a bike rental service?
Yes, all guests can take advantage of our free city bike rental service.
Wellness, sports & rooftop
Is there a gym available for guests?
Yes, we have a small Technogym-equipped gym on the top floor of the hotel, on the panoramic terrace.
Is there a charge for using the hot tub? When can I access it?
Yes, the rate is €10.00 per person for approximately one hour of exclusive use. Since we want you to enjoy this moment in complete peace, access is by reservation only. Ask our staff about available times!
Can I book the panoramic terrace for a private event (e.g., cocktail party, anniversary)?
Certainly! Our panoramic terrace is the perfect setting to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, or corporate events. The service is available at an additional cost and guarantees exclusive use of the space. We kindly ask that you submit your request and make your reservation well in advance, so our team can prepare a personalized quote based on the services you wish to include (aperitif, cake, decorations).
Is the wellness area also open in winter?
Yes, our wellness area is at your complete disposal 12 months a year. Although you're visiting us during the off-season, you can still access the relaxation area with its hot tub and Technogym-equipped gym. Please remember that the hot tub can only be used upon reservation!
Pets
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Absolutely! We are happy to welcome you and your four-legged friend.
Are there rooms dedicated to guests with pets?
No, we do not have separate rooms: your pet can stay with you in most of our rooms. We only ask that, out of respect for other guests and to comply with our sanitation protocol, you always inform us of their presence when making your reservation.
Is there an extra charge for staying with dogs or other small-sized pets?
Yes, we have a small extra charge for pets.
The cost is €15.00 per day, which is needed to cover the extra cleaning and sanitizing of the room. Please let us know the size of your pet (we accept small and medium-sized pets) when you make your reservation.

Definitely! You can bring your four-legged friend to enjoy Bagno 100 beach for an extra €10.00 per day. Keep in mind that, to make sure everyone has the best experience, we only have a limited number of parasols for guests with pets. To avoid any issues, it's best to let us know when you book so we can check availability and make sure there's space for you.
What rules must guests traveling with an animal comply with?
All it takes is a little caution and common sense! If your pet is well-trained, you won't have any problems. A few small precautions:
- Leash: please keep your dog on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas
- Restricted areas: for reasons of hygiene and respect, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or breakfast room
- Furnishings and hygiene: please ensure that your dog does not soil or damage the furnishings, and do not allow it to climb on beds, sofas, or upholstery
Are bowls or mats available upon request?
Of course! If you don't have room in your suitcase, we can provide you with the necessary bowls for your four-legged friend's food and water. Unfortunately, we don't have mats. Just let us know in advance that you would like this kit and you will find it ready in your room.

Yes, breakfast is always included in your reservation. No extra charges.
What does the All-Inclusive option include?
Choosing All Inclusive means choosing maximum convenience! The rate includes:
- Accommodation in a Standard, Superior, or Deluxe room
- Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet
- Beach service: one parasol with two sunbeds per room at Bagno 100
What does full board include?
Full board includes: accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Please note: all drinks consumed with meals or at the bar are not included and will be charged separately.
What does half-board include?
Half board includes: accommodation, breakfast, and buffet dinner. Upon request, it is always possible to replace dinner with lunch.
Are drinks included at mealtimes?
Unfortunately, no. The cost of accommodation and meals does not include drinks. Water, wine, and all other beverages are charged as extras.
